Cash For Kids Funding Terms

FAMILY TERMS

  1. Cash for Kids applications are open to all children whose age is NO GREATHER THAN 15 years on the 24th December 2010 and who live within the following local authority areas:

    Glasgow, Argyll & Bute, North Ayrshire, South Aryshire, East Aryshire, East Dunbartonshire, North Lanarkshire, South Lanarkshire, West Dunbartonshire, Inverclyde, Renfrewshire, East Renfrewshire, Dumfries & Galloway, Scottish Borders
  2. Cash for Kids grants are awarded to help with the cost of a christmas treat.
  3. Where bulk applciations are supported, grants can be paid into the supporting organisation's bank account by BACS. A pre-printed bank pay-in slip must be attached to this form. In unavailable, please attach an ORIGINAL bank statement (this will be returned to you) or a letter from your bank.
  4. The person supporting the applciation must know the family in a professional capacity only and MUST NOT be part of the family.
  5. Grants not used by 31st January 2011 must be returned to Cash for Kids.
  6. Where receipts are requested, original receipts adding up to the amount awarded must be sent to Cash for Kids by 31st January 2011.
  7. Any incomplete or unanswered questions or information not provided will result in the full application being returned to the applicant for completion.
  8. You will be notified in writing of the Trustees decision.
  9. The information provided in your application will be treated as STRICTLY PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL.
  10. Cash for Kids do not fund retrospectively.
  11. The Trust's decision is final.

GROUP TERMS

  1. Cash for Kids welcome applications from groups where the children are aged NO GREATHER THAN 15 years on the 24th December 2010 and who live within the following local authority areas:

    Glasgow, Argyll & Bute, North Ayrshire, South Aryshire, East Aryshire, East Dunbartonshire, North Lanarkshire, South Lanarkshire, West Dunbartonshire, Inverclyde, Renfrewshire, East Renfrewshire, Dumfries & Galloway, Scottish Borders
  2. The aim of the Cash for Kids Trust is to assist with the cost of a Christmas treat.
  3. Grants must not be used to pay salaries, or contribute to summer or Easter events.
  4. Cash for Kids do not fund retrospectively
  5. Grants must be paid into the GROUP'S bank account. A pre-printed bank pay-in slip must be attached to the form where indicated. If unavailable, an ORIGINAL bank statement or letter from your bank, confirming the group's bank details must be attached.
  6. Cash for Kids request a specific mention in your group's publicity material, financial accounts/statements. We can provide the Cash for Kids logo for use in websites and literature. Please call the office for details.
  7. The person supporting the application must know the group in a professional capacity only and MUST NOT be part of the group or relative of someone in that group.
  8. Grants not used by 31st January 2011 MUST be returned to the Cash for Kids Trust.
  9. Original receipts for total amount awarded must be sent to Cash for Kids by 31st January 2011.
  10. Any incomplete or unanswered questions or missing information will result in the application being returned to you.
  11. The Cash for Kids Trust endeavors to pay grants before 25th December 2010, where this is not possible, the grant will be paid in early January 2011.
  12. You will be notified in writing of the trustees decision.
  13. The information provided will be treated as STRICTLY PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL.
  14. The trust's decision is final.
